Our Belief

We believe that within a mutually supportive environment, everyone can improve their speaking skills.

Blackburn Castle Speakers Club provides that environment

When you join you will be guided to deliver a series of speeches and will receive constructive feedback from fellow members

You will learn to listen attentively, to speak "off the cuff", to hold an audience and move them to laughter, tears and action.

You’ll also have fun along the way.

Do you need to deliver a business presentation to impress your boss or a talk to your local club or even a wedding speech ? Do you feel daunted at standing in front of an audience to deliver a report or presentation. Improve your communication skills, this will benefit your customers and also develop your personal attributes for both work place and social scene alike.

Well we can help in all those matters and many more.
We will help you overcome that fear.

Does the thought of standing in front of a microphone frighten you?
What about that all important wedding speech?

Our members come from many of the surrounding towns around Blackburn, including Darwen, Accrington, Leyland, Rawtenstall and Garstang.
